KAIZEN Mission Statement
Kaizen (Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the better") refers to a philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, supporting business processes, and management.
The Student's committee is the interface between students and the Quality Control Department.
Its aims and objective are:
- To promote the general and particular interests of its students and to represent
them in all matters affecting their interests both to the University and to persons
and bodies outside the University;
- To promote equality of opportunity and a safe and relaxed environment for all its students;
- To support a range of student societies in the University
- To promote unity of spirit among its students and to enhance relations between its students
- and last and most importantly: to raise awareness
Raising awareness has been and will always be KAIZEN's main focus. To make awareness campaigns in the sole purpose of bringing the international and local issues to the students' interest.
VISION
Appraising and developing education, research process, and community services in the light of the national standards of self appraisal,
and qualifying the university and its faculties to accreditation from The National Authority of Quality Assurance and Accreditation.
MISSION
Continuous development of Quality assurance internal systems in all ACU faculties that makes it
distinctive on national, regional and international levels among leading universities with outstanding scientific identity
